Can I pick up my order in store?
            Yes! Please send an email to sales@monarchquilts.com that you will be picking up your order. If your shopping cart shows shipping charges, these will be refunded before your order is filled. If you would like to pick up your order the same day, please call ahead to make sure we'll have it ready and waiting.
 
Do you offer expedited shipping?
            Yes, but prices vary. Please call to get a quote 810-225-7005.

When will my order ship?
            Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. Please call if you need expedited shipping and we may be able to ship after 12:00pm and on Saturdays 810-225-7005. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
 
Where do you ship?
            Currently we ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Please call or send us an email to enquire about international shipping. 810-225-7005 or sales@monarchquilts.com
 
What does "Online Store Exclusive" mean?
            This means the product is only featured on our website. You will not see it on the shelves in our store. However, you may pick up your order in store.

The product description says you have 3 yards or less. I want 4 yards. Do you have more?
            Maybe! Every bolt of fabric is not created equal. Some have an extra yard or two. Give us a call and we'll measure out the bolt and tell you exactly how much is left 810-225-7005.
 
I'm looking for a particular type of fabric or product. Do you carry it?
            If you don't see the product after using our search feature, we might still have it! Our online store is a work in progress, but we have many more bolts of fabrics and notions in store! Give us a call and we'd be happy to ship it to you 810-225-7005.

Can I use my Monarch Club card for online purchases?
            Unfortunately we do not offer that service at this time. Please stop by to use your card or call for more information on how to save with the Monarch Club!
 
Why can't I sign up for classes on the website?
